Hand-painted watercolour illustrations of architectural landmark buildings of Mumbai, India.

In 2019, a lady name Nerida from a small town of Sawtell, NSW, Australia approached me to make her some watercolour paintings on three of her favourite architectural landmarks of Mumbai as a collectible memoir of her stay in the city. Out of the three asks, two of them were popular Art Deco beauties along Marine drive - Soona Mahal and Sea Green Hotel and the third one was the recently restored Opera House.

Royal Opera House, Mumbai.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Soona Mahal, Mumbai.

Soona Mahal is the famous Art Deco beauty that house the famous Pizza By The Bay restaurant of South Bombay, where Sunday brunch along the sea view is a must try of Mumbai city. Beautiful bright yellow and red highlights of the facade make this one hard to miss on the Marin Drive stretch.

Sea Green Hotel, Mumbai.

Right next doors to Soona Mahal, Sea Green Hotel is one of the beautiful Art Deco building along the Queen’s Necklace (Marine Drive) in Mumbai. The pastel poppy green is an iconic shade of its kind.
